Feedback Form Widget
To open the downloaded folder:
Windows XP
Once downloaded, right click the file and choose 'Extract all'. Follow the on screen instructions to complete.
All other users
You will need to use a program such as WinZip to open the folder.
Once extracted, further instructions are included.
The new Feedback Form widget is really just an upgrade from the previous one so that it works on SM4. This will probably be as far as this widget goes though as Moonfruit will be producing their own version soon which can allow submission direct to your email etc.
